About me
A native of Miami, Florida, Mr. Eichelberger began his collegiate studies at Florida A&M University, where he was a member of the renowned Marching 100, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Brass Ensemble, and Trombone Choir. During his time there, he was selected to the College Band Directors National Association Southeast Intercollegiate Honors Band in 2000 and 2002, becoming the first trombonist from the university chosen in nearly a decade. He also a former of the U.S. Marine Corps Basic Musician Enlistment Program where he studied at the Armed Forces School of Music.He holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from Florida Memorial University and a Master of Arts in Instrumental Conducting from Morgan State University. Throughout his career, Mr. Eichelberger has led band programs at the high school and collegiate levels across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and North Carolina, and remains an active clinician, guest conductor, and advocate for music education nationwide.
