About me
Based on the Eastern Shore, Jess Windsor is a ninth year music educator, passionate about equitable opportunities in music education for both students and staff across the State. She currently serves as President of MGMTA and is dedicated to fostering collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful musical experiences across the region. In continuing the push for advocacy, Jess has served in different leadership roles at the school and county levels, including School Improvement Teams and county-wide staff unions. Outside of teaching, you'll most likely find Jess at Rise Up, at Marshalls, or at home with her niece and nephew pups.
