About me
Robin Giebelhausen is an assistant professor of music education at the University of Maryland, specializing in general music, and the coordinator of the Hatchling Community Music Program. She is faculty for the Gordon Institute for Music Learning, completed Orff-Schulwerk levels training, and studied Dalcroze, Kodály, World Music Drumming. Dr. Giebelhausen has taught students from birth (early childhood) to earth (retirement communities) and everything in between. Her research interests include general music curriculum, folk song histories, and creativity pedagogy. She has presented across the nation and has publications in various journals.
